Hi Trickflip,

Well in a way this place can be a forum. But a forum is only as strong as its participation. Since this is the problem here, then I dont really see any advantage changing this into a forum.

I will keep it running for a while, but will close it down if response continues to be luke warm.

Anyway, thanks for the encouragement.

Regards

I understand how you feel and really appreciate what you've done to the Malaysian climbing community so far. It's been a great job.

However, If the situation continues, instead of closing down the site, would it be better to convert it into a forum for discussion? The site is already well known as an internet portal for malaysian climbers, why not use it for something less time and effort consuming on your part?

A forum would allow more informal and open sharing and discussion of the climbing scene by everyone as compared to having a select few maintain the site everyday.
